I know you would like to know HOW TO ACCOMPLISH THAT but first I need to know an answer to a simple question: IS THE factory installed OIL PRESSURE SENSOR LOCATED UPSTREAM OR DOWNSTREAM OF THE OIL FILTER ?

BVK - The answer to your question is YES - the oil pressure sensor IS located upstream or downstream from the oil filter. Now that we've answered your question - How do we get 120hp for free? Has it got something to do with a steep hill and a tailwind!

BVK,

What I think you are trying to get at, is that oil pressure affects fueling.

The only way it would is to have a low pressure syndrome, and then you would have a check engine light, or even too high of a pressure also throws check engine light.

On a Ford, oil pressure does or can have an effect on fueling.

I know some modified Ford P-strokes have "messed" with oil pressure sensing.

On a Cummins the injection system is different, it is not oil pressure or HEUI injected.

It is a Bosch Common Rail fueling system having nothing to do with Oil pressure.

The sensor is on the other side of the engine from the filter leading me to believe it is downstream of the filter. Logically it should be downstream of the filter or all you would really be measuring would be oil pump pressure, not engine oil pressure. The difference between the two could be as much as 15lbs if the filter is clogged (that's approximately the pressure of the filter relief valve).
