2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Power Brake Booster Lines Pulsating & Noisy

Hello, I am new to TDR & need some troubleshooting support that my local Dodge dealer could not provide. The hoses leading from the power steering pump to the brake booster are pulsating & noisy at low engine speeds. Mostly when I apply the brakes but sometimes even after I release them. I am not noticing any issue with the power steering. I am not sure if I have a problem with the power stering pump or potentially with the brake booster system. The PS fluid level is good & no leaks anywhere in the system. Thanks in advance for any guidance you can offer to me.

I am inserting a thread that might apply to the power steering/brake booster problem.
