The other day my power steering pump burped most of the fluid out and I had no power steering or power brakes. I went ahead and changed out the rest of the fluid and put in the Valvoline syn, bleed the air from the steering system and all worked OK except for the brake assist when the engine is not running. The nitrogen reserve tank had discharged into the power steering system. I found -- email address removed -- on the internet and he sold me just the nitrogen reserve tank and told me how to change it. All worked out just great. So if anyone else should have THAT problem you don't have to buy the whole hydroboost unit like the book says. It cost around $80 instead of $700 from the dealer. I couldn't find any auto parts stores that can get reman boosters. Hydroboost also has re-manufactured units for sale. :)
