Power Days certificate

Well, I'm trying to put a deal together on a new 03 and we're $1700 apart. Unfortunately, I'm not a Farm Bureau member so don't qualify for that credit. However, the dealer told me there were some Dodge Power Days $500 rebate coupons that were sent out which expire 2/28. They said they only went to a select group and although I received the certificate last fall, I didn't get one now. What I'm wondering is whether anyone received one who is not planning to use it by 2/28? If so, if it can be used by anyone, I'd pay for overnight mail/delivery to help in my quest to get this deal done. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
