Have you called local salvage yards in your area? When buying new parts I have used Quad 4x4 quite a few times.

Also check four wheel parts on line.

I would stick with the power loc as they are easy to rebuild. All the ones that I have seen the carrier bolts were loose. Replace with new bolts and lock tite them in.
