Power Locks

Need help, on my friends ram, 1999 2500 auto, when you lock the doors with the remote or with the switch on the door every once and awhile it will blow the fuse. it keeps getting more and more common. Like once a month or so. The problem is the same fuse powers the windsheild wipers. It happened to blow durning last weeks thunder storm(not fun driving home). I check all the wiring in the doors and under the dash. Found nothing broke or shorted. Dose any one have any Ideas or have had this happen to them.
