2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Power mirror harness?

Does anyone know if the wiring harness is already in place and all I have to do is purchase the switches? I'm considering a purchase of a 2001. 5 truck that has the factory fold out tow mirrors (non-power). I have a pair of Lucerix power and heated tow mirrors to put on that truck. Any info would help greatly. Thanks

Yes the wires are run out to each door and they are terminated with the factory plug end.
