2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission power mirror switch backordered

does anyone else know an outlet for a power mirror control switch (Dodge # 56021311) local dealer has had one on order for me since november. he says today that i am screwed and no more will be built. Carquest, NAPA, AutoZone, and O'Reilys say the same thing. short of hitting a junkyard i am stuck. any idea's??

Try eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices Might have to buy the whole master switch with doors, windows etc but looks like they have some. bg

These switches come up pretty regularly on Ebay. I purchased two of them when I did my power tow mirror upgrade. One was in excellent condition and the other was a little rusty so I keep it as a backup. They run anywhere from $15 to $30 depending on condition and demand. Sad to hear that Dodge is discontinueing parts for our trucks, glad we still have Ebay.

Are you sure that your local dealer is correct about these switches not being made anymore. I just looked them up on moparpartsamerica.com and they list them there, (see below). Give them a call.

In the box with the factory mirrors I took off my old 98 truck at 30,000 miles when I did the 01 tow mirror install and they were not power.



If your wanting the switch for your 01 I will make you an offer you can not refuse... .

I will pay you forward the mirrors and the switch if you cover the cost of the shipping,if you want them. I have no use for them anymore as I only have a 3rd Gen truck and all they will do is collect more dust than they already have.
