2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission power mirrors quit please help

I installed power heated mirrors on my 02 2 years ago. they will not work today. I checked the big silver fuse in interior fuse panel. fuse ok and power to one side. at the plug behind door panel where mirror switch plugs in I do not have power to any of the leads. Is there suposed to be power to the mirror selector switch?? Am I missing a fuse somewhere?? PLease Help

The only fuse I know of is the IOD fuse located in the fuse panel inside the truck. But it takes out the interior lights as well. Hope that helps
