Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Power Puck and Lift Pump

My brother has a '01 5spd with a 60 hp power puck and 60 hp injectors. He just ordered a Carter lift pump and wanted to know if the power puck would have any bad effects on the injection or lift pumps. Has anyone had any good or bad experiances? Thanks

The combination of the fueling box and injectors just create the need for more fuel which in turn will drag down the fuel pressure.



Just install a guage and keep an eye on the fuel psi.
