What year trucks had the badges that said Power Ram in big letters and had series (150, 250, or 350) in the small box?

81-90. 91-93 small letters no small box. And I got em in stock, are you looking for some also got a goat head nib.

The reason I ask is that we have some friends that have a first gen they are going to be replacing in the near future and I was trying to figure out the year.
