Power Ratio VS Displacement

I was just wondering what engine Cummins, Caterpillar, Detroit, PowerStroke, Duramax and individual model of each has the highest power per cubic inch of displacement as well as what engine has the highest ratio of torque per horsepower (the 8.3L Cummins has around a 3.38 ratio 1050ft/lbs / 310 horsepower stock) ? Thanks in advance for any and all thoughts, opinions, and answers. This engine will be going into a 4x4 heavy off-road vehicle with a automatic transmission and dual atlas transferases.
