Whenever I stear or press the breaks on my truck, it makes a whining noise and there is vibration. I checked my fluid level and the fluid was foamy. I have also noticed I have a slow leak in the fluid. Would the whining noise be due to air getting in the system, and is there an easy way to fix this? Any help would be appriciated. Also, I am stationed in Portsmouth, NH, are there any good local shops in the area?

Air in the res. would indicate to me that there is air getting into the system from the suction side , hose / seal ,
You should go back to the user control pannel and put in the info on your truck so that we can better answer your ???
Welcome .
If its an older truck it may need a reseal kit .
I can not fined my link , so do a search hear for a PS pump kit , comes with all the part & instructions to repair .

Welcome to the site and New Hampshire as said fill out your truck info and if you have a second gen that needs a seal kit and finances alow swap if out for a new close ratio box. It's my understanding you will not be disappointed. George
