2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Power steering box question.

I have the power steering box apart out of my 98. 5 2500 4x4. The repair info I have on this states there should be 12 black balls and 12 chrome balls in the recirculating assembly. Mine has only 11 of each. Does anyone have info that will confirm how many there should be. A sticker on the box has the following numbers on it. TWU0058H0313 and P52039349. My local dodge dealer does not have a breakdown of the parts, they just sell the complete assembly.
