. . any of you fine folks ever have yours "pop" loose? I found mine this morning laying on the frame rail by the pump, seems like the reservoir is not secure, it moves a bit, don't recall it being like that before. Upon check the torx screws holding it in place they seem tight! Any ideas?

Mine hasn't popped loose but I have noticed a decent amount of pressure on it when I check it when its hot. It will 'pop' pretty good when you remove it. There is definitely enough pressure there to pop it loose if it isn't locked down correctly. I was wondering if anyone else had noticed this condition?

Well, it did it again!!! Think I wil see if Check er or Auto Zone sells a replacement, if not I'll just clean it off real good and duct tape the cover onto the reservoir!!! Anyone else?

Don't do that! Been there, done that. Blew my reservoir off the pump. My problem was a restriction in the hydroboost, once it was replaced the problem was solved. This was after 5 or 6 caps, two pumps and the rack and pinion setup. You are going to have to find the problem, it will only get worse. I found mine by trial and error, Dodge was no help.

Main problem I believe is the cap has no "teeth" to hold on to anything. It will just keep on turning, no catch to latch onto . Checker and auto Zone does not have any replacement caps, might have to go by the ***aler and see how much they want for one or...
