Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) power steering leak

removed the vacuum pump/PS pump assembly to repair seals. Eveything fine, but now hydraulic hose leaking from fitting at the back of PS pump. Is there some kind of o-ring, gasket, copper washer etc. that needs to be replaced before I thread the fitting back into PS pump body? I am positive I didn't cross-thread the fitting on the hose and the leak is not that bad. The fitting is plenty tight, anymore and I'm afraid I'll strip the female threads out of the pump body.

Mines leaking also but its coming out of the cap ... Ive replaced the cap 3 times still leaks fluid is at proper level also... .
