Power Steering Noise, I think

I had the hydroboost hose vibration TSB done to my truck a couple of weeks ago and since then I have what I would describe as power steeing growl in a full turn. I thought it might be not topped off, so I added some fluid and it didn't help, and actually it puked it out of the top of the pump because it was overfull.



Anyone experince this?

At full lock I can hear a bit of growl (or deep whine) from the pump. I can only hear this if the window is open and I'm next to a curb or something to reflect the sound back to my ear. I expect a power steering pump to growl a bit at full lock.

I only hear it in about the same way, I never noticed it before the TSB. Maybe it was there. It is just such a quiet truck, no wonder I hear every thing, you can hear a mouse fart in the bed, so every noise I hear I am wonderin if there is a problem.



Thanks, I won't worry about it unless something else comes up and then I will have the dealer document it for future reference.
