2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Power steering noise

When I start my 2002, after sitting outside in the cold all day there is a whining noise for the first 5 minutes of opperation. It appears the noise is power steering related, when the wheel is tuned the sound changes some. Also there is some vibration . Any help is appreciated.

Mine did that too. I sucked the old fluid out with turkey baster from Walmart and re-filled with an synthetic fluid... . problem solved.
