2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Power Steering Oil low

Had my CTD serviced today, and they found the PS reservoir nearly empty. I keep the lower end pretty clean with my pressure washer, it is parked in the garage every night, and there is no evidence of a leak. . Anywhere. .



Can the vacuum pump do this ?? I am baffled. It was full 3 weeks ago.
