Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Power Steering Pump Exploded

Ok, I got your attention.



I would like to know if anyone has an exploded view of the power steering pump? I am going to do the vaccum pump reseal and I have a leak at the pressure fitting on the Steering pump and figure I will replace the o-ring in it also.



Someone has had to have one of these pumps apart. Any tips on resealing a powersteering pump?

Pretty straight forward job if you can locate a reseal kit. I had to go back to '93 application to get one for mine. Weird, as they are the same pump. Just o-rings, regular and square cut ones.

Need to add that a reman unit with reservoir is reasonable from NAPA. Less that $100.

Were is your pump leaking at? Mine is leaking fluid from somewere and haven't been able locate were the leak is.

Looked in the shop manual and there's no exploded view of the pump. However there may be something on the link below that could help . . .
