while searching for the needle fitting that allows front shaft lubrication, I noticed fluid on the bottom of what I believe is the power steering pump. On closer exam, the pressure lines on the pump's topside were wet with fluid also. I've read (here) about this unit's tendency to fail and I would like to ask those who are experienced if I should try to tighten the hose fittings or not touch it until the dealer does? The p. s. reservoir fluid level is yet o. k. I never found the front shaft's grease fitting. Old age is cruel to rob one of his vision at under-truck distances. 05' /QC/G56/4x4/LWB. I just realized I posted in the wrong forum. Please excuse, I don't know how to move it.
