2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Power steering pump screen?

My power steering pump pukes up some fluid out the fill cap area every once in a while. It's not too full so that leads me to believe there is a blockage. Hoses are fine.



I read somewhere about a filter screen in the pump. How do I get to it so I can clean it?



This could even be similar to the other problem that jeepit has, a blockage in the hydraboost system, not sure.
