Hi Loren.
From my previous and others' past experiences, don't go with a reman P/S pump. I was in the same boat you are in and went the less expensive route. Rebuilt pumps may be cheaper, but not always as reliable. I've gone through 2 rebuilt pumps in a week and after the last one, I decided to go call Cummins in Reno. Had a new Dodge P/S pump shipped overnight and it cost me a little over $340 ($40 was for shipping). It worked right out of the box and still does. Of course that was only 3 or 4 days ago.
My advice to you is stick with Cummins or Dodge P/S pumps... . definitely stay away from NAPA... .
Can't give you any recommendations for the hoses, though. Still on my original pair. If they are not much more from Cummins as opposed to another chain store (see above), I'd definitely go for the OEM...
