Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) power steering quit

power steering quit in cold weather about 10 degrees. Warmed up to about 56 today and is a little better but still not like it was. Need help .

How old is the fluid???? You need to change it every couple years, mine did the same thing until I changed it.

My o2 Ram has issues when cold too, I did a search and feel the best answer is to drain it and fill with Valvoline Synthetic. I am going to do this later today.
