for the past two hours iv been trying to get my power steering bled. iv turned the wheel lock to lock atleat 200 time if not more. and not a drip of fluid has left the resirvoir and i still have no steering or brakes. i remember the last time i did this the box made slurping noises when i turned the wheel but this time it make no nose at all. does this mean my steering box is bad?

The right way to bleed is as follows: Jack both front wheels off the ground, if you have a hydro-boost (all done with engine OFF) with hydro boost pump three times to floor to exhaust. Fill PS to top level. Turn Slowly wheels right to left, about 30 to 40 times each way. Check fluid after every ten times. Do not start engine until this process is done. Should solve your problem unless you have a leak.

I am sure this will get some negative comments but its what I had to do. Bump your idle to about 2000 rpm and turn the wheel. Its worked for me 2 of 2 times on PS pump installs.
