Guys,

Today I changed the power steering fluid on my truck. Here is what I done: broke the pressure line coming from the pump to the hyd booster and installed my fluid evacuator on the line coming from the booster. I drained all of the fluid out until I pulled air. Refilled the system up with fresh power steering fluid and pulled a vacuum again. Much to my surprise I was able to pull all of the air out of the system, hooked the line back up and it worked great. I was able to pull about 24 oz out of the system. Do you guys think I got it all? And what do you think of this method to change the power steering fluid ? I received a Mighty-Vac for my birthday, this seems to be a great tool. I posted this message before, but only got one response.
