Power Wagon

I heard a few years back they are coming back out with the power wagon and its gana have a bigger better CTD. But just as quick as the news came it seemed to go. Any one know anything about this?

There was a concept Power Wagon with a Cat engine in it, but no Cummins. It looked much like the old style P/W's and there was talk of it coming to market. But I think Daimler opted for the one we see out now instead.

I saw the prototype at the ESPN Great Outdoor Games in Reno a few summers ago. It did have a retro PW look to it... very cool! I think it was a Cummins, but I don't think it was a 5. 9. Maybe it was, but with more oomph. Anyway, if they brought it to market, it would have sold a ton. Typical of so many cool mockups.

I wish the new power wagon had the CTD in it, i think with the options it has and the diesel it would be a major seller

If the new PW had a Cummins I wouldn't hesitate to trade in my 04'. They can keep the their "HEMI" though...
