Just FYI,
I needed to replace the motor on my drivers side 1999 CTD as the little plastic peg holding the spring against one of the two brushes was broke, as well as the brushes themselves were about shot... ... ... . Called local dealer and they wanted $237 plus $28 freight for the motor and requlator and would not sell them seperately... ... ..... I did a search here and found a part number to look for (just the motor)..... (55154924 OEM and Dorman#742314) RockAutoParts.com and ended up buying two motors and shipping to Montana for a TOTAL of $112. 14
