2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission power window question

my passenger side window on my 96 ctd stopped working. do you guys think its the electric motor or is their some other culprit?

I'd check the switch(es) first.

Like Bill said check switches, also check wiring in door jams inside the black tubing. When I worked in automotive field I found a lot broken wires. I even found them in the semi's at the trucking company I work for. Over time the opening and closing the doors takes it toll on the poor wires. Check power at the switches first then go from there to track down the problem.
