2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Power Window Switch mod needed

I can't believe with all the safety nazis running around these days that its legal to make the driver's power window switches without a bypass for the passenger side. This is the only vehicle I've ever owned that didn't have a kill switch for the passenger window(s). I'm waiting for my dog to choke herself/break her neck when she hits that switch with her paw while trying to steady herself. Is there a fairly simple way to add one? If I had a wiring diagram I could probably figure it out myself.
