Powertrain code P2509 ???

Help what is powertrain code P 2509 ????



I hade the batterys disconected and checked the three times key forward adn there the code was. I was checking wireing on the left low beam that problem is that it goes out intermitatly. I amn thinking this has no relation to the code.

P2509, I looked it up it says: ECM/PCM Power input signal intermittent.
