No-slip opinion
I've had my no-slip in for about a month or so now. It is definitely different to drive at low speeds than a non-locker, but overall it's neater-n-sliced bread. Installation is super easy, except you must remove the carrier and ring gear to pull the cross shaft. No problems at all with that, less than a two hour job usually.
At low speed tight turns, it will clank and click especially if you are accelerating very much. You just learn to drive a little different and coast thru very tight turns. Like in a parking lot situation, it is best to just idle along or accelerate easy.
No- slips for a Dana 80 are a little hard to find right now due to back order delays. I called 11 places and finally found some in stock with the best price of anybody I called
