POWERWAGON Flares. How far do they stick out?

As my topic post says...How far do the Powerwagon flares stick out PAST the stock fender on an '07? I want to put on a 9 inch wide wheel that sticks out a bit further than stock wheel does. MOPAR OE part dimensions and part number requested please. I searched and didn't find anything.

I have the Power Wagon factory flares on my 07 with 35" tires on the stock rims, aluminum, and they are just perfect. The flares barely stick out further than the bare fenders, maybe 1/4" or so.

If I may ask, how far around do the flares go? Can you still use factory mud-flaps or are they in the way?
