Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Practical solutions?

I did a search as I belive my belt idler to be headed out the door and everyone sings praises about the practicale solutions replacement. I have tried the links listed and every one comes up not found. Could somebody help me out here, or am I just stuck going to local auto parts shop for the replacement?
