Prayer request

I nned a little help from you guys. Last evening, my dad was riding my horse. He started bucking, and one of the reins broke from the headstall. He fell off and landed on his head and back. He can't remeber what happened or anything much of the last few days. He seems to be a little better this morning. The CT scan showed nothing, but someone else will look at them today. So if you would, would you pray for a fast recovery and that there's no permanent damage. Thanks

Done and done. I'm sure he'll be fine. A bit of memory loss is common with a concussion [I'm no doctor, but I had a bad concussion once].

Prayers on the way. I did the same thing about 3 years ago. Lost my memory for a few hours. Most of it was back the next day, but I wasn't the same for a couple weeks. Schedule him a massage, he'll need it.

He went to the doctor today and he said the old man can go back to work in a week (airline pilot) He did say dad definitely has to be careful about another injury, especially in the next six months. Mom seems to think we all need riding helmets, but I'll take a concussion before I wear one. We've been injury prone around here lately, between this with my dad and me spraining my ankle real bad then getting my wisdom teeth pulled on Thursday. Thanks for the prayers and everybody have a safe and enjoyable Fourth.
