Not looking to start a who's parts are better than who's war but, here goes.
I'm at the point where I'm thinking of (finally after two years of ownership and 108k on the clock) adding some power. Realizing I have to do something w/the trans first vs. dumping gobs of power, fry trans then do trans right, I'd like to be proactive - and not waste $$$.
So, what can I do to the trans that will help it last and not put me in the poor house? Can I get away with just some VB work or do I need a TC too??? I don't haul anything (realizing this next comment is a dangerous one) I don't "plan" on adding too much power - just a bit more than the present stock or as much (he, he) the marginally modified trans can withstand.
