Just curious, what elevation were your tests run at? Atmos. pressure is about 14. 7 psi at sea level, but as you go up, it goes down, which would raise your pressure ratio. If you are at 5000' like me, you only have 12. 2 psi atmospheric pressure to work with.
Oh yeah, and jbolt, in your last post, P2 should have been 28+14. 7 psi I think.
