Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Pre-Turbo or Post-Turbo for Pyro

I'm about to install a Pyro/Boost... Should the thermocouple be tapped in Pre or Post Turbo? Manifold and air horn are stock.

Most definitely pre turbo, thats where its hottest quickest and thats what you need to know.
