The other night I went up the Cuesta Grade which is 6% for 2 miles. My truck was stock and I floored the truck at the bottom and reach 91 MPH. The Pyro max was 1365 which seems pretty hot, but being stock I was not going to back out of it. If the truck is going to burn up I want it to burn up under warranty.
The next night I installed the Predator stage one and floored the truck up the Cuesta Grade and within a quarter mile I was going 101 MPH and the pyro was at 1425, so I backed out of the throttle. I was told that the Predator defuels at 1300 degrees.
With the Predator installed, the truck off the line is really slow until about 1700 RPM. How can I get more low end?
