After I get my BD Torque Convertor and valve body installed July 5, I'm going to install their PressureLoc. Instructions say I need a 250 lb. gauge for making adjustments. What's the procedure? Rig the gauge into the cab as a temporary or do a permanent install to keep an eye on it?

Any problem hooking up PressureLoc with a "mystery" switch installed?

Any other suggestions on the install?

Dan. . learn from my mistakes, 1st the gauge can be a 150psi gauge i purached one from mc-master carr... they are online too. you need to check the pressures before and after the mods to make sure it is performing right,I had a mechanic buddy help me install it,We use a plastic hose and hose clamps and discovered this was the wrong way. When we took a test ride the pressure loc kicked in (120)psi and blew the line or hit the exhuast and spew transmission fuild (Amsoil ATF 4. . for your other post... i like it)all over. . lucky my friend heard it and i shut it down. We got under there and fluid was everywhere(am still cleanin after 3 weeks. . heheh) Smart guy he is,he brought the plug and extra transmission fuild (you da man bill)... Put the plug in. . added 2 quarts and we were on our way. I got home and robbed a 1/8 pipe to -04 fitting and some -04 stainless braid line off my mustang and have been driving around with the gauge under the windsheid wiper arm for a couple weeks jus to see what the transmission is doing... . one more hint... the spring is a PITA to adjust, i ordered 2 spares since i over-stretched mine ...
