Well, I ordered my Ram on November 15, and now have a new Red Ram in my garage for Christmas #ad

. I just hope that it is as trouble-free as my '98 was. First impressions are a lot more power and better braking. Time to change the signature. Merry Christmas!!

Might be helpful if you included in your signature whether its a ¾ ton or if its a 1 ton truck. Also is it 4wd or 2wd?

If ya add that info it might save a couple of "question" posts when ever somethin comes up.

How do ya like going from the Auto? Been thing about going to the 6 speed when the crew cab come out. (Holding breath)

Good idea on the signature Kat, just modified it. So far I'm liking the 6 speed. In September, I went on a trip with my '98 through Utah, Colorado, and Wyoming, pulling a travel-trailer. The truck ran great, but it needed some more gears (and power). It would pull right up to the point where it was defueling (about 2500 rpm), but wouldn't pull in overdrive. It was 95-100 degrees out and I thought I was going to smoke the trans. I'm looking forward to the '01 with the extra gearing and additional 65HP. I was underneath it today looking it over and that 6-speed trans is massive. Now I just wish the snow and wind and cold temps would quit for a while. #ad
