2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission pricol fuel pressure gauge advise needed

i just finished installing a set of pricol gauges in my 98 24v,followed the bleeding instructions that came with the fuel gauge but it doesn't seem to be working all that great. its showing low fuel psi and slow to move the indicator needle. any advise would be appriciated

Mechanical or electric? If mechanical it could still have air in it. Do you have a stock fuel sys?

james, its a mechanical gauge and a fass pump
