Is there anybody out there interested in a Prime-Loc for the 6. 7 engines?

I talked to the makers of the original Prime-Loc and they said they would be interested if there is a market for it.

Im just looking for a show of hands of how many people think they would purchase one for there trucks.

Here is a link for the original if your are unfamiliar

I definately would. I've already changed the fuel filter on my 6. 7 and having to take the wheel and inter fender off to do it is a bit much. It didn't take as long as I thought, about an hour, but still. What if you are out in the middle of nowhere, where I'm at quite a bit, and you have gotten a bad batch of fuel.

Put me down for one if they make it.

Well i think its gonna take more than 2 people to start production on a new prime-loc. Maybe when there are more of these trucks out there I will bring this up again.

The Prime Loc dates to the 12-valve days, but just one little thing to be aware of . . . when the 24v came out and guys put them on their trucks, they had fuel pressure problems when they cranked up their fueling. The system was restrictive. There was a loooooong drawn-out thread on the subject back in 2000 or 2001. I am not trying to knock the product but if you're considering power mods down the road it might be wise to check into the flow potential of the system. I would be confident Ashland realizes the higher HP and fueling demands that exist today and would design it accordingly but something to keep in mind.
