Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Primeloc fuel filter

Do any of you use the Primeloc remote fuel filter system, & if so, how do you like it?

Have had Prime Lok system on my '98. 5 for about four years. I had to go with a universal mount as I have a Banks high ram intake. Their kit for my truck utilizes the stock intake for mounting purposes. I have mine mounted on the frame, between the bumper and the drivers side front tire. Very convienient for changing filters. I do this when changing engine oil. In the time it takes to drain oil, fuel filter has been changed and I'm ready to put oil drain plug back in. I just fill fuel filter with diesel before installing, turn the key, and it starts. Never lost prime. Great product but no longer available.

It makes filter changes almost enjoyable! I had trouble getting the remote adapter to seal to the original filter location.
