Printing Color Overheads

Kinko's wants $2. 00 apiece and I have a 32 page color powerpoint presentation. Can you print these cheaper at home??? They have a full color background pattern so it appears as though it would be ink jet cartridge spendy as well..... thoughts... .

we print ours on paper in color then color copy them to the film material.
