Put it on today. Sure took some of the fun out of the bottom end but seem to wake up the top end. I am going to do some quarter mile tests tomorrow. Pyro temps are kinda funny and I am not sure if this makes sense but if you don't let the turbo catch up it will get really hot really quick but if you lay into it a little slower it only hit 1250 the whole run.
 
Scott,no wastegate. Boost is around 40 psi but it will spike up around 47 or so but I only drove it home from the shop. Tonight I will go out and get some solid numbers for comparision. There is definatley more lag then the stock turbo. Up to about 30-35 mph I use to be able to stand on the throttle and it would easily break the rear tires loose. This turbo has a hard time untill it spools but then away they go. As for more fuel I think I am maxed unless injectors will help.
 
Sounds good. I've heard of boost numbers as high as 55-58 psi from that turbo but they don't live very long at that pressure.

Brandon, I had the tst/ez stack on my 03 and I like the quad setup for throttle mapping better. Scott ,Piers said they have run a couple up to 72psi and they blew up but I don't think a third gen has the fuel to hurt one at least yet.
 
I've been wondering if someone was going to try one out on a third gen. :D I am looking forward to seeing how it does at the track. Please keep us informed.
 
Brandon, I am running the 70-100-150 downloader that was a limited production unit. It is fine except my check engine light is on all the time. I had there 70-140 race box on my 2003. lmills,I went out today and did some runs on the G-tech and I knocked off a half second over the stock turbo. My best run with the stock turbo was 13. 47@106. 1 . Tonight I did a 12. 97 at 111. 3. I know the speed is high but the time might be right. It also shows my 0-60 mph is 4. 65 seconds. Does any of this seem goofy?
