I have used Bilsteins with great results on many vehicles and currently have them on my Grand Cherokee; which are a bit stiff.

I ran the Pro Comp MX6 adjustables on my diesel Excursion for 30K miles and liked them. I believe they are valved for each vehicle application like the Bilsteins.

Anyone using them on a 3rd gen Dodge?

hi chaw i have mx6 's on my truck they work great . i have an 04 with a 4 inch lift on it i had super lift shocks on there before but they sucked. so if you liked them on your other truck i think you will like them on your new one. the other thing i have is the kore streering stabilizer , i had death wobble problems and the stabilizer has taken the death wobble away so if you have a lift the kore is the only way to go.

Hopefully we can get into a technical discussion on these. Seems like over on the Ford board at one time, there was valving information on compression and rebound. Seems like I remember we want almost no compression on these trucks and lots of rebound.

Are the Pro Comp MX6 adjustables available for a non lifted truck? I only see versions made for lifted Rams.

anybody have an comparison between the Pro Comp MX6 and Pancho 9000?

dave

My buddy at 4WP says the MX-6 is stiffer... . than the 9000X... . and that there was not a shock valved for the stock truck at this time.

I can't give a comparison to the Rancho but my MX-6s feel softer than the stock shocks did. The truck feels like a Cadillac on a bumpy dirt road.
