In my search for larger mud flaps that are not molded like Husky or Mopar (I don't want something that can rub the paint on the outside of truck), I have been looking at Pro Flaps. I have looked at NW Customs, but have been told that the mounting brackets will bend if you back up against a parking curb (which I have to do every day at work). I want something long enough to protect the body but short enough to not hit a normal height parking curb. I have thought about going the low-cost route and getting a couple semi Cummins flaps and cutting them down myself.

Feedback by anyone with Pro Flaps on 3rd Gen?

Any other solutions?

My NWcustom flaps have been backed into many curbs and edging things. I think that the only way that they will bend is if you are backing into something that is hitting the stainless steel part that is perpendicular to the ground.
