Attention: TDR Forum Junkies FLO PRO Exhaust
I have seen several posts cautioning about exhaust drone with hollow core mufflers. I just had a 4" turbo back system from FLO PRO installed and have put about 500 mi on it unloaded, and towing a small cargo trailer. The muffler is a large round case, unbaffled 4" inside dia, the bends are full radius with no crimps or wrinkles. It is set up to use the stock hangers except for the tailpipe turnout, and that hanger is included. Price was about $100 less than I expected.
From idle to 80 mph, no sign of drone. My wife thinks the truck is quieter in the cab than before, but I don't.
Outside, the exhaust sounds like an open can of whup-a*#.
