What is the difference between 1/4 and 1/8 NPT probes? Just curiouse.

Also, what do you guys think are the best gauge mounts? I built my own jury rig mount, but I want to get a nice one. I need one for 2 gauges, pillar mount would be great.

Does anyone know of a company that makes triple pillar mounts for our trucks?

Have you tried www.dieselpage.com ? May need to call them, they have more than what is on their site. I know they have dash mounts for the 1st. Gen. trucks, just not on the site.

The thermocouple probes are the same size( diameter, at least if comparing them from the same manufacturer). It's the bushings that are different sizes.

I have an A-pillar mount for my pyro and boost. looks pretty good. Got it from DIS. under $30. Fit pretty good, too. Angle is a little off of straight on, but it is a relatively thin post too, by modern stardards. I still like it better than the dash mount.

PS- you ARE planning to put the T- couple in the manifold, right? I saw a 450 deg difference in mne when i went from post to pre. Only 27 psi at the time, so the 1 psi=10deg rule didnt apply. Just let it get down to 275 before shut down and you'll be ok.
